Does Easter Sunday feel a long way away?

The Church in her wisdom gives us 50 days to celebrate the joy of Easter, Christ risen from the dead, Alleluia! We are now on a journey to Pentecost, the coming of the Holy Spirit. Do you ever feel disheartened or discouraged? The apostles also faced many challenges, but Jesus sent the Holy Spirit to help, console and strengthen them. The Holy Spirit is poured out on us today too through our Baptism and Confirmation.

We invite you to ask the Holy Spirit to fill you afresh and empower you this Pentecost as we say, Come Holy Spirit!
